We use correspondence to reply to your query and, with your permission, to improve our guides (anonymised). The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering readers and running the site securely, or your consent where we ask for it.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are retained by our host for no more than 90 days.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who host our website and email, under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires.
Your rights
